This movie I based in like the 1940's or 50's... the beginning of this movie goes like this, a young boy gets out of school to go to his parents puppy shop. Then he starts coughing and his mom says "Your sick, we better get you off to grandmas". After, he gets to his grandmas house his grandma comes up to say good night and to make sure he is all right. So the little boy starts talking to his gma about something, I do not remember. Then she goes off into a story about her childhood. The beginning of her story starts with a dalmatian sitting in front of an abbandon fire station. Then his gma walks by and gives the dog a piece of food and the dogs says to himself beggers can't be choosers and followers her home. She keeps the dog hidden for a few days feeding him table scrapes. Then she asks her parents a few days later if she can keep him. (they say yes) the she enters him in a dog show and goes to give him a bath with what she thought was shampoo but was actually clothing dye...
