My parent's real estate was inherited by me and the attorney did not give me a deed in my name only the court signed order placing the property in my name. He told me that a deed is not normally issued for inherited property. How can I get a deed?

What do you need one for? Evidently wherever you are a court ordrer will effect clear title. So write a deed to yourself and record it.

If you have a court order I see no problem, not sure why your attorney did not write one and file it for you.

When you asked your attorney how you are going to put it in your name and file a new deed what did they say.
