Okay . Well I was correctly taking BCP (Birth control Pills) from June (this year) until last month when my boyfriend and I decided that we are ready for a baby . And so I stopped little by little in October . I stopped before my period . (October 18 was my last period) So for October I was waiting for my period and it didn't come . Two weeks before my "missed period" I started having back ache (and most pregnancy symptoms) . This lasted through This month (Today being December 6th) . I took two HPT and both negative . But my symptoms persisted . (Tiredness, fatigue, hormones through the roof from emotions to -sexually- wanting more intimacy. I started hating my favorite foods and I couldn't stand my boyfriends cologne (Which I absolutely love). Even being around him annoyed me sometimes which was never like me. I became very emotional and STILL am, although JUST last night 30 minutes after sex I started bleeding and cramping. (Might I say the sex was kind of rough so I don't know if that's where it's coming from) But this morning I checked my pad and I was still bleeding. (Still am). But I have all the symptoms from before. Am I pregnant? Was it a false? (What confuses me is it started right after our little rough round) Heelllpp!

49 days since the beginning of your last period? If you did become pregnant, say in the first week of Nov, and you started to bleed last night, that could be a miscarriage. But you also could be feeling effects of going off the pill (or even having wishful symptoms). Many early pregnancies spontaneously abort (a very tiny fetus lost in the blood and tissue) and it's unknown how many because women have this because they don't even know it's happened. It wouldn't be from rough sex. A medical exam of your uterus done very soon might tell.

The symptoms you described could be due to the hormone shift that will occur after stopping BCP. Since your HPT was negative, try testing again just to be safe, using first morning urine.

Note: It can take several months for your period to regulate after BCP.
