Gynecologists can recommend/prescribe a number of medications that can help to regulate the menstrual cycle, depending on if your concern is fertility or just general health. I've also known women who made some small change in lifestyle or diet, like starting to exercise 20 minutes a day or cutting their caffeine intake, who suddenly started having a regular cycle.

How old are you? You could have reached menopause early. A ton of exercise can stop the cycles too. We need more info.

Hi I have just around 2-3 pariods a year I'm 22 and have always been irregular since I started my pariods at age 15 I am only now going thruogh tests etc. has I am wanting a baby my advise is speak to your gp about it and he/she may recommend a gyno/firtility specialist iff you are trying to concive iff not I've hered there is meds that they can give you to regulate your cycle.
