Hello I desperately would like some answers to my question. I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for a year and a half and we are both on felony probation at the same place. We met at an A.A. meeting and both have well paying and secure jobs both are doing community service both have stayed sober both are paying on our fines. We have been told though that we aren't allowed to see each other and he is almost done they told us we would be violated so what can we do and what are our options

so what can we do and what are our optionsHello s:
The only option you have is to wait until you're both off probation.. If not, ONE or BOTH of you will be violated... I KNOW they told you that you were prohibited from hanging around felons... What?? You want it to be different? Ok, get married... THEN they can't keep you apart.. But, they'll probably violate you for attending the wedding.

You can only see and be with the other, if both probation officers will allow it.
And yes, they can violate one or both for seeing each other.
I know two or three in GA right now, sitting in prison for doing the same thing, I know another on the run with a warrant for staying in the same house as another felon.

You both WILL be violated. Let's hope that you've learned your lesson on authority. You cannot see each other unless the PO's agree to this. A friend of mine thought she was "above it" and still had her boyfriend of many years live with her after she was convicted of a pot charge. He was a felon. She was told by her PO to have him move out. She didn't. She did 6 months in the county jail for being stubborn and not adhering to the PO. Sounds like you'll also do some time in jail for being stubborn as well.
