I need to cut my cupboard doors 13' shorter to install over the stove microwave. Please tell me what works before they screw them up! The doors to have end caps made of wood to put back on the doors.

Lets just guess you mean 13 inches not feet " vs'. After the cabinet frames have been reinstalled, you can get a plywood or laminate blade for a circular saw. Since it is probably just 2 doors, you can also use a fine tooth hand saw, this may be a better option. Put masking tape across the cutting point and cut from the top, that way, the end you see is not visible. You should be able to use the lower hinge point and will have to drill for new top hinges. If these are invisible hinges with an overlay, you will need a special forsner type bit.

Ma hit it for u.
Just an added note.
If using a power saw, cut from inside( side that sits against cabinet).
If using a hand saw, cut from outside. Tape both sides.
Good luck
