I have read all of the responses for the toilet not flushing properly. Mine appears to be the same. The bowl fills with water then stays full. You can hear water leaving the bowl. The bowl drains all the way down to where there is very little water left. We originally discovered the problem when we realized that the toilet bubbled when we were taking a shower. We discovered several clogs and cleared them. We also replaced some broken pipe. We have also augered the bowl. Where do we go from here?

In the tank, is small hose going from ballcock/flowmaster to the overflow pipe? This hose sets height of water going to bowl.
Get back to us and let us know.

We originally discovered the problem when we realized that the toilet bubbled when we were taking a shower. We discovered several clogs and cleared them. Bubbles indicate Backpressure caused by a partial clog. Did clearing the clogs cure the bubbles?
We also replaced some broken pipe. tell me more! What pipes did you replace?
The bowl drains all the way down to where there is very little water left Follow Chucks advice about the small tube that runs from the top of the ballcock, (seem images) Make sure it doesn't drop down past the water in the white overflow tube. Good luck, Tom
