My 11yr old son is on medication for depression, his depression normally expresses itself in a form of anger. Many times we have had to restrain him from hurting other people in the home, and he has hurt his younger sister before. It is documented with his psychiatrist and counselor that when he is angry he likes to kick items, sometimes hitting people with the kicked items. Today my husband had to restrain him because he kicked a chair into my 4yr old and was screaming and yelling. This incident was witnessed by my 13yr old. Then my 11yr old called his bio dad and told him his step dad was punching him. Needless to say his bio dad came over, walked into my home, assulted my husband, and walked out with my son. Now, police won't do anything because tonight is his parenting time, but bio dad says he is not letting my son come home. Bio dad lives with his divorced parents, in the basement of his moms home, and a niece that is forbade by court order to live at home with her younger siblings because she molested them. Bio father is a recovering heroin addict, has a license to smoke and grow marijuana for medical conditions and is a two time felon. Can I go to FOC on Monday and ask for an emergency hearing? Do I just have to go and hire a family attourney? How do I get my son back? Thanks
