I have been having a very difficult time remembering a particular cartoon aired on cartoon network during the late 90s to early 2000..
I am not really sure about the detail of the show.. all I know is that the show was about a group of kids in the neighborhood.. the characters were really small and the background was really simple.. and there was an episode wherein a song got stuck in their heads.. the tune/song was lalalala.. lalalala.. LA!. please help me!
