I have throbbing back pain, in my lower back.
And a lot of stomach pains almost like cramps.
I'm only sixteen and this has been going on for about aweek and my back only seems to be getting worse.

Go to a doctor. If you have serious pain, or pain that doesn't go away quickly, get it checked out by a proper doctor.
