Why? To prove he's your biological father? Or to prove he's someone else's bio-father? Please tell us more.

He is in orange ca and married with 2 boys I tink he is afraid that charges will be brought on him for having sex with my mom at such a young age, Im just angry because I lived a unhappy and damaging life. I was raped and homeless and hungry some nights he said he would come back I moved to san diego ca just so I could be close to him or find him nothing I wrote letters to is job to the team nothing. What can I do.

I believe he would have to be court ordered to undergo a DNA test. I'm not a lawyer, but someone familiar with legal matters will come online to advise you. Have you talked with an attorney yet?

Is your mom aware your doing all of this? What has she said about it? It sounds more like your trying to pursue a vandetta then it is a true interest in finding a parent.

Your mother should have contacted her local child support enforcement agency when you were born. Depending on how old you are, she could still do this. If they believe that he may be your father, they can require him to undergo testing.
