Please don't type in all caps, as it makes it more diffficult to read and seems like your're shouting at us.

You don't say so specifically, but I assume that your father has passed away and your sister is managing his estate - is that right? If so, the executor is obligated to provide a copy of the will to anyone who has an "interest" in the estate, If you are mentioned as an heir, she must provide you a copy. But if your father is still alive there is no obligation on her part to provide you a copy - your father can do that if he so chooses.

Again, assuming your father has died once the estate is probated the will is a public document, and a copy can be obtained by anyone by applying to the probate court in the county where your father lived. So if worse comes to worse, you can get a copy that way.

If you are mentioned in the will then you are entitled to a copy of it. If she is with holding from you then you can have her removed as executor. Also you have the right to sue her for any misdoings.

You might want to try calling a lawyer in Alaska and talk with them. As they would have a better handle on things as far as timelines etc.

You say "this was in Alaska". What was in Alaska?

Your sister lives there?
Were your parents residing there when they died?

Which will are you concerned about, your parents' will or your father's will?
Has the will been admitted to probate? Because, as the others have said, you should be able to arrange with the probate office of the court system to have a copy of the will sent to you.

If your sister is moving on with it, she will have filed a copy of the will in the probate office, that is the first place to check,
If not you should get an attorney to move on this, and force it into court.
