If you have a lawyer, call him and get this sorted out. She can't just say 'she has a letter from her lawyer'. You would have been informed of any changes in your formal arrangements as well, not just her.

Have you been established as the child's legal father, either through taking a court-ordered DNA test or by signing a paternity acknowledgment?

Do you currently have a custody order entered with the court? Or is your agreement something between the two of you? Does the agreement address holidays?

A letter from her lawyer means nothing, you can pay your lawyer to write you any letter you want.

If it a court order that matters, did you take her back to court for contempt last year when she would not let you?
