Its been 2/3 days since I have been experiencing an abnormal pain in the lower left side of my body, in the areas around and above my ovary and falopian tube. Whenever I apply pressure while walking, sitting, or driving I feel this pain in that lower area of my body, and I have not had sex in a while so I am sure its not pregnancy related... (I'm going to be straight forward and inform you about what happened that I think could be the cause of my pain), My boyfriend had fingered me about 2/3 days ago but this time he was really rough and hard in doing so, by accident and not on purpose - of course. Do you think maybe he could've caused an injury to my ovary or bruised the areas surrounding my ovary and fallopian tube? Should I be worried and go to a OBGYN and check it out?

I had the same problem and I wend to the doctor. She prescribed some medicine but it didn't help. After that I decided to stop taking my birth control and it stopped hurting... pain like that could be associated with stress too. You should visit your doctor and take chlamydia test, because one of the symptoms of chlamydia is lover abdominal pain.
