Me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over 3 years. For the last year and a half we do not have sex. At first I thought it was because I had gained wieght, but when my daughter came for a visit he was in the mood. I tried to talk with him about this several different times. Each time he gives me different reasons. I have asked him to try a date night he says okay but when it came down to it his heart was not into it.(so we canceled) I really love this guy but he doesn't even look at me anymore. No hugs, no kisses, no complimants, nothing. Is this a sure sign that this relationship is over or can it be salvaged? Or is he sleeping with someone else??

How old is he... and how old are you?

I find it curious that he was in the mood when your daughter came for a visit. Obviously you do too otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned it.

It sounds as if he isn't physically attracted to you anymore, but he is the only one who can tell you if it's so. You need to decide what you would be willing to do, whether it's leave, lose weight, find someone else, etc. These are things you have control over. You should talk to him, especially since you seem concerned about his interest when your daughter visited.

I still want to know the ages... there is a HUGE difference if they are 20 from if they are 40, or 60
