This a movie about 2 little mischievous boys, 1 of the boys live with his grandfather while the other boy is a neighbour. The specific part I remembered is when the 2 little boys were having a garage sale, selling their grandfather's clothes. The grandfather however did not know that the clothes that was on sale was his own! An the grandfather made the comment "you boys selling daddy's old clothes?" (that movie was so hilarious I would like if anyone could remember to post the name please)
