I am interested on buying a house that we really like, but and enginer inspected and the house is settling 4 to 5 inches, there are no cracks or sings of in in the houise because it was design to move together. The house was built next to the river therephore settleling was anticipated. We are hesitating because of the settleling issue, what shoul we do?
