I have a 36" Model CT-32G24A. The picture comes on fine but in a few minutes goes dark.

Does it continue to remain dark, or does it cycle between bright and dark? Does this happen on all inputs?

Chances are you will be better off buying a new TV, as CRT sets aren't really sold anymore.
