I have a State Select Model # PR675NRVTZ 75 gallon gas waterheater with a power vent that is constantly running? I have tried tapping the relay, manually turning the unit on and off with no luck. A few months ago I had it stick but after manually turning the fan on and off it started working again. Thank you Troy
