Movie had a short martial arts master, a woman love interest, and a charles bronson type character who became the student of the master who I think was nicknamed "china man." I remember the movie was sexist and refreshingly stupid. The master could bring a woman to ecstasy just by tapping her wrist. I remember there was an action scene on a construction site.
