I just installed a new tuscany bathtub faucet from menards. I have very low hot water even though I have plenty of hot water pressure at the valve. I have tried to adjust the 2 valves in the front to no avail.

Hot side clogs way more often than cold. Shut off the supply, remove the cartridge, flush the valve and reinstall. You may have dislodged a speck of junk during installation

Take the Aerator off and check for debris clogging. This is the advice I got, and it was the EXACT cause. Hopefully it's that simple.

A clogged aerator would give low flow to both hot and cold, not just hot like this situation. I think his hot inlet is clogged from the supply line to the mixer.
