I've had farsightedness since I was born. I stopped wearing glasses for few years and then because of spending my entire day at the computer at work I had to see dr and get new glasses. Glasses work great, take the strain off my eyes the only problem is I see fine when I'm reading or doing computer work but if I look at the clock on the wall or TV its all slightly blurry, the further the object is the blurrier it gets. So I have to take my glasses off to be able to see the time. Im wondering if it is normal, because I end up taking glasses off when I'm watching TV because the image quality in glasses is worse than image quality without them, even though when I put glasses on everything that's close to me looks better, colors more vivid, eyes feel comfortable. My left eye is worse than my right eye, right eye is almost normal. I tried looking in the distance with my right eye w/o glasses everything is clear, with glasses blurrier, but reading computer print is easier with glasses on with my right eye than without.
Is there something wrong with the lenses? Or is it normal?

It sounds as if you need bifocals. You need to go back to your eye doctor to find the solution.
