I work in trucking company and been assaulted before by an employee but the area supervisor and HR tolareted the behaviour. Also there was a guy the same race as me who also got assulted and both HR lead man and the area supervisor did not took action. According to the company rules it suppose to be Zero acceptance. I filed a complaint with EEOC but they did not investigating it yet. However, recently, the area supervisor gave a raise to everybody in the department except me. This supervisor was the same who tolrated the assault and I also taking supervisory Management classes with Him. I been also rejected for the promotion by him.I know almost every things in the department but he does not. Now this supervisor is tearing me apart my characters and my work ethic. I still now dealing with HR for the increase but I don't know what else to do now because the company already got a charges from EEOC and it seem like unstoppable. I am waiting for EEOC investigation tobe completed. Help me what else can I do?? Please
