Hi, this summer my ears have been killing me every time I hear loud music. Usually every night since last year I go to bed every night and listen to music with my headphones for a few hours to make me go to sleep. And it usually works. But around August, my ears feel so plugged up and hurt every time I listen to loud music. I don't have a problem of hearing it or turning up. And I also had a bad headache which annoyed me so much. But I went to the doctor and they checked my ears and found nothing inside. I told her about my symptoms and my doctor explained that is actually my sinuses. She told me to use nose spray which I did. It did cure my headache but my ears still get plugged when I listen to music. What to do?
