I have replaced the blower motor on my XE80 believing that the noise that was coming from it was due to failed bearings. I installed the new motor and the noise is less but still there. Is it possible that the fan itself is unbalanced or faulty in some way as to cause this noise? There are no obstructions, no rub points and it is not a noise being produced by vibrations - it is making the noise sitting on the ground outside the furnace before installing back in the chamber.

Thoughts?
