When a drain my bath the water starts to come into my shower and a have to keep putting the plug in to let the water drain from the shower. And it really stinks too any tips?

You have a partial blockage downstream from your shower that must be snaked and cleared.
You can do this in one of several ways.
1)Snake from the shower drain
2)Snake from the tub waste and overflow **OR**
3) Snake from the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 20 feet more.
