My sister in law was on probation for fraudulent use of i.d. (felony in TX). She was just arrest for theft ($50-$500) in another town and served about a week in jail there. She was then extradited back home because she violated her probation. She is currently being held on NO BOND with charges of motion to adjudicate guilt on her felony charges. Will she most likely get more probation or actual jail time.

I think she blew the probation out the window for now. I'll lean more towards jail time for her at this point since she has a no bond.

First they may hold her a month or so, before the hearing, ( that is not uncommon.
After that, she will also have to stand trial or do a plea bargain on the actual theft charges,
So most likely she will get probation on the actual new charges.
On the probation, a lot depends on the court, the judge ( even if judge is having a good day)
The possitive thing is she is female, they don't serve as much time as men do for same charges
