I have been on probation for 1 1/12 years, I understand that after only one year I can apply for an early release to get off federal probation. I know that there are conditions and procedures that need to be completed as well as the correct forms filled out and sent in. I had copies of everything, but they have since grown legs and disappeared. I need those copies desperately. The copies I had, I had obtained while still incarcerated in Taft Federal Prison in 2005. Where can I find them now? Help Please!

Can your probation officer contact the BOP and have them faxed to their office? Have him/her call your counselor in Taft. Or, try the Western Region Federal Bureau of Prisons office. They will tell you one way or the other.
How long was your probation for? With Federal probation you usually have to do half of your probation before early release. You will have to go through your probation officer for everything. What papers would you need that he would not have?
