I need to know if there's in any companies in the Memphis or surrounding areas that help companies find cleaning jobs. I'm looking for office buildings for now.

Are you bonded? Businesses won't let you have the run of an empty office building at night without being bonded, and each employee if you have any. If you don't, start with small businesses, and leave a brochure, or mail some out. Go talk to some. Have your rates all nicely printed and a contract ready to sign if they are interested. Most people are all set and will 'keep you in mind.' Try new construction with new businesses moving in. Look in the papers for contract bids for schools, courthouses, town halls.

Joy, I agree with all you have said however they are after office buildings (commercial) and bonding usually is not necessary. Incorporation and liability insurance is a must. Some larger jobs may require bonding but rarely.
Now for residential cleaning bonding is a good idea.
You can hire someone to phone companies to see if there is interest say for 2 or 3 hours per day. But I suggest that you hire someone that is experienced at this. And keep good records as to their success rate.
