Can you supena the detailed text messages from your phone carrier to confirm an emotional affair?

You can't subpeona if there is no court case going on. I don't even think that is admissible evidence in a court case. Why would anyone spend time and money on tracking an emotional affair?

I do not believe there is a record from many phone carriers even keep. But you can request the records after you have a cause filed.

But again, why ? Divorce court does not really require all of that proof to grant a divorce.
