Truck has been idle for 8 months, new battery went to start no power to start coil. I have been reading at one time during my attempt to start it. I had placed my TOYATO key into the key slot it wouldn't go in an then realized what I did. I didn't realize this could or would have created a problem until I read my manual. If any one can please help? I've tried to reprogram or reset my code or lock system by placing key it the ignition and turning on and off eight times with in ten seconds. This seamed to work fine but didn't solve my starting problem. I also can't locate my second key I hid it so well I can't find it!
