Well it really depends on your current passport as some require a visa for travel to France, especially as you are a non-EU citizen.

Hi, I am a Nigerian citizen with a settlement visa for the UK.
I am married to a British Citizen and we want to travel to France for a short holiday.
Does anyone know what visa I need to apply for?
I was considering the Schengen Visa or excercising my treaty rights as a spouse of an EU citizen?
Thanks
