Hello, my name is Tawanna and I have not had a period since June. Me and my husband have been actively trying to conceive but find it difficult because I am unsure of ovulation. I went to the doctor and they've been prescribing me proestrogen but I have yet to see a period. So I went for a second opinion and she said she believed my hormones were thrown off. So I wanted to ask you was it OK that I have started phyto-estrogen? Thank you!

Is that what your doctor recommended? It would really be best for you to talk to your doctor seeing as she's examined you and knows your medical history and everything.
