However hard I tried to keep the pilot knob pushed in, I cannot get the burner inside heater to lit up (forget staying lit - it does not lit up at all). This is just the second year with the heater - so quite brand new. Gas seems to be on, because I can get the heater working in a different room. Ideas on how to get it to work?
