Ahhh... I bit the inside of my cheek realllllly badly, and it got worse because every time I bit down I'd re-bite it, or when I'd talk my back teeth rubbed against it and irritated it. It was so bad, it killed to eat or talk. I finally bought Orajel with helped tremendously with the pain while talking and eating. It's definitely healing, it's been a week... almost complete... but there's still a little indent from the bite and little white circle in the center of the bite on my inner cheek (what is that? )
Most annoying now is my cheek on the outside is a little swollen.. :( WHY? What can I do to help this? I iced it 1 night in the beginning... but haven't since then. Should I again? Anything else I can do?
I hope there's not an infection. How would I know? I rinsed with mouthwash and salt water all throughout this, so I hope I prevented that
Any help?
