I thinks it's totally okay! It depends only if you like him and he likes you and your parents agree. Ask him to meet on a dinner in your house. If he is clever it's OK. But if not you better break up.

Its what I'm doing.. it didn't work out for us exactly because my mom found out and almost killed him :(
But if BOTH of your parents agree then its fine(:

19 and 16 are at the edge of the age gap for your ages. But if your parents agree and, more importantly, sexual activity is not involved, then its OK.
