I saw it in elementary school so it was made before 1985. It was about a boy who visited his grandpa that lived in a desert climate like NM or AZ and he had to help with the horses. There was a storm and a horse got out. He caught it and put a blanket on it and to his surprise it was a pegasus. That is about all I remember from the movie. Hope somebody can help. Thanks
