What is the best product to use.. not to get pimples! And what takes the pimple marks away?? Im so sick of getting a pimple or 2 or 3 or 4! My boyfriend does not like me getting pimples.. but what can I do to prevent it. Does any one know what to use...

The only thing that has ever worked for me is Accutane. I have had acne since I was 9 and FINALLY got rid of it completely after using accutane. I have NEVER gotten a pimple since. At first I was afraid to use Accutane because of the possible side effects but I have completely the treatment and feel like it was worth it. I have no bumps or scars left.
