I got a new puppy from the shelter she is 7 months old. She will not eat anything, but she will drink. The past night she was up vomiting ever couple hours and also she has diahhrea. I don't know what to do for her, she is not her self very slow and down.

It could be that she is nervous in her new home, God only knows what the last 7 months were like for her. A healthy dog will not starve himself, but seeing as your dog has diarrhea and vomiting, that's cause for concern. If this vomiting and diarrhea lasts longer than 24 hours, you should seek advice from your vet. It's always good to take your new puppy to the vet for a meet and greet anyway.

I had this some problem and took him to the vet. When I got Chewy he come from a bad environment, and had whip worms. I fed him boiled Chicken and white rice and baby food with Chicken in it. But seeking a Vet's opinion would be your best bet. I would rather be safe.
