Shoe size doesn't really go by height and weight. Yes, a taller person will normally have larger feet and therefore require larger shoes, but there's no way to determine the exact shoe size without measuring the feet.

I would guess a size 13. You do have to keep in mind that different countries have different sizing. I'm talking about a Canadian mens size 13. :)
