Most of the scam people use the real names of a lot of people, they often buy or pay for the use of passports, other ID,
Heck some even use their real names, since there is no real law enforcement to stop these frauds.

So what have they asked for. More than 300 dollars for passport and visa

If she asked for a lot, that is all the proof you need.

They can get a passport in a week ( rushed) or max of about three weeks, The visa is from the US government, not their government. There is no fee to leave the country.
And they will keep asking as long as you can send money.
They will be mugged on way to airport, they will be arrested by crooked government officials, they will have to "bribe someone"

They use copies of real passports and like anyone can use computer software to fake any ID any government paper work.

If you sent more than 300 dollars they can have their passport and visa and would be ready to get on a plane.

If she is sincere, she'll come visit you, she needs nothing more than her passport, visa and a plane ticket, nothing else. But not likely with the facts you state. Probably not a girl. Good luck.

No she does not pay for those, it is a scam, next that may be a 60 year old grandma on the phone and the photos of her niece or granddaughter, that is how that workds
