I have a bunch of songs I would like to create but I just don have my own music for it and have found artists music that it fits, can I use them or do I need permission to?

You can use them around your house, if you write them down and perform them in public or if you try to sell them you need permission and normally have to pay royality for it.

For example, clubs that allow performers to sign or play songs that are published, have to pay fees for those performers.
