I have a vaxhul vectra I can't go in to any gear whern its started but I can put it into gear when its not started any ideas?? Please clueless

Manual or auto?
I'm guessing you have a manual trans and a clutch that's not releasing.
Have a transmission shop diagnose this and write an estimate for the reparis.
