I am currently being denied Travel Permits after traveling several times with no problems. My P.O is stating that they want to double my restitution payments due to my frequent travels? I have shown documentation that I fly for free an have been in good standing as far as Monthly Reports, U.A ,employment an restitution payments?

Hello M:
There are only two ways to go here. You either comply, or you fight. I'm down for fighting... But, it's not MY probation...
Your first shot across their bow, would be a polite request to see the policy and procedures manual, and for them to point out the exact provision in the manual that allows them to do that.
You may not hear anything more from them (because you and I BOTH know there ain't NOTHING in the manual that gives them the right to change a restitution order).
In my view, your JUDGE made the order, and only your JUDGE can change it.
