I have completed 26 month of a 36 month Federal Probation an am seeking to be released early? I was informed by my Officer that I can file? He mentioned to me previously that he would consider doing this but that was almost 5 months ago?

You know that policy and procedures manual I suggested you take a look at?? I'll bet there's a part about early release too. Once you find that you FIT the criteria for early release, make your request in writing to the judge, citing the chapter and paragraph in the manual where it's mentioned... Send copies to the prosecutor, and your PO.

If you don't find it in there, I'm certain the judge STILL retains jurisdiction and can release you if he so chooses... Make a request to him in writing sending copies to the aforementioned people.
