If they let you off probation without having paid your fines, they can't violate you for it now.

I am not off probation yet. I have 175 left to pay and they violated me. I am paying the rest off on Tuesday. Can this be dropped before my court date and if not what will happen?

Hello again, h:

If they didn't put you in jail when they violated you, and you pay them off BEFORE your hearing, they'll probably reinstate you.

But, of course, I have no idea what's in the mind of your judge..

If you do pay everything off prior to the hearing be sure to give a copy of the zero balance to your PO and send one to the Judge prior to the hearing. This way it's better as your judge will rethink his position and should reinstate you.

They will reinstate my probation is though my probation is suppose to be over?It was unsupervised probation and I paid 50.00 a month for the past 6 months. I planned on paying it off on Tuesday will I still have to go to court?

Yes, you still need to show up in Court regardless if you pay it all off or not. If you don't show up you could have a warrant out for you for not showing up.
