Yes of course, I didn't exactly know how to use the site.
Let me explain a bit. I worked for this company nearly 6 years, when suddenly everything I did was wrong, they started to bully me especially one senior of mine. She set me up to fail in everything and set very high demands which she knew I couldn't reach.
She called me names and even threatened me on numerous occasions. The manager on top of her, use to be my direct manager, she told him so much lies he started to assist her and plan for me to fail. They even said I need to go to a mental hospital I was unstable incohearant and using drugs, which isn't true and can not be...
I was dismissed unfairly, and the case is still at ccma.
I lost all my friends, and my name is down the drain, as I was a manager myself. I can not find a job, I am sure they give me a bad reference.
She send emails around accusing me of not combing my hair and walking around with dog stained clothes!!
I must just accept this?
She even told me I am anti-christ and I am a church going person. I am a strong believer in God.

Please help...

Hello o:

In this great country of ours, anybody can be fired for any reason, or no reason at all. They can't lie about it though... It looks like these people did. I'd certainly visit a lawyer or two to discuss it. You won't be charged for an initial consultation.

Are you an AT-WILL employee? Or working under any sort of contract. What State did this occur in. But by all means speak to a lawyer in the area you worked, they will know what laws apply in that area as they will vary.

Notice I said where you work, not where you live, unless they are both in the same state. In cases where you live in one, but work in another the location of the employer determines jurisdiction and what laws apply.

This is in S.A I was a permanent worker. Problem is I tried to find a lawyer yesterday on the internet in my area that deals with these kind of things. Is it a labour related matter or a what? Don't know where to search all these legal terms are kind of new to me.
You get different lawyers specialising in different things. I saw a defamation lawyer maybe should try that one.

S.A. as in South Africa, or Saudi Arabia? Try talking to a Defamation lawyer, if they feel its more an issue for a different type of lawyer they can give you better directions as to what type of practice you will be asking.

Keep in mind Terms used might vary with your specific Dialect of English.
