Hi my name is pracilla and I've been having bad back pain the last couple of days all at once today I started coughing REALLY BAD and then coughing up mucus. Now all of a sudden my voice sounds horse and I have shortness of breathe. Could you possibly tell me what's going on and if I should go to the hospital? Its all happening sooo fast.

You certainly should see your doctor at the very least. If you don't have a regular doctor, it would be wise to go to the ER if you are having difficulty breathing.
