I have a brother who just moved in with me in my 1 bedroom apartment in Missouri. I presently do not want him here because of conflict and other issues he does pay half the rent but I have asked him to leave and he refuses to he says he isn't going anywhere.. I need help on what to do? My landlord doesn't even know he is here and I'm on a month to month lease with it being in my name only
