Ok so cut a long story short. I met this guy about 2-3 months ago in a mall, he works on a doughnut stall and I thought he was cute so the next day I went back and ask for this number, he gave it. We talked a bit on the phone and I was like "when do you wanna meet up' and he said " I work long hours so don't know when we can meet" so after that I just let it there. Never heard from him till last week when my stupid phone sent him some blank text which I texted back saying "sorry for those blanks texts, hope your good". He phoned and said that he changed locations with his job and now has time to meet and suggested the following week. He also said he misses me. I was like "I'm bust next week but call me and I'll let you know". This was 2 days ago but I texted him today saying I was free to meet next week fri for a drink or something.
Im not sure what he wants? I think he just wants sex cause he NEVER texts when I text him, just always calls, which I find weird. I mean he's 22 and I am 21.
Please help me out, should I meet him or not?

That's when I would stop texting him all together.
You are being the initiator right now. More than you should and it's starting to look tacky.
If this guy really wanted to hang out with you, he would make it possible. You asked for HIS number. How do you know he wasn't just being nice by giving it you, but not really wanting to?
If I were you, I would let this one go.
I realize that he did call you, to make plans, but he hasn't followed through, so I would let it go.
If he does call you to make a date, I would just be honest by saying, "really? because you never respond, I don't know if you're serious."
That's just me though, I'm a tell it how it is kind of a girl, who doesn't chase men.
You have to do what's in your heart.

Your totally right. I clocked this from day 1, I just didn't want it to be so because he is so FINE! I knew if he was really interested he would have asked for my number, made time for a date, and be texting/calling yada yada. Oh well, when he calls I will let him know.
I feel like an idiot cause I'm SO much more better than this!
Thanks for your reply.

You're not an idiot for finding this guy to be very attractive and want what you want. If that's the case, then 99% of us are idiots.
Just know that there are plenty of "FINE" men out there. Just make sure you are treated right.
Good Luck.

Maybe he is just a busy guy, and personally I always rather call than text. It is actually more personal to me for you to be able to hear my voice. Your over analyzing the situation here, maybe you're a Gemini? But anyway, if he invited you to do something, which is something you think you might enjoy then go do it. If you see him acting like your body is all he is after then put a pause, give it a chance, it never hurts.
Good Luck,
